Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, automate, and support large-scale cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps practices, automation, observability, and reliability engineering within cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation to improve operational efficiency.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
Drive platform reliability, availability, performance, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Monitor platform health using observability and monitoring tools, ensuring proactive incident management.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance platform operations.
Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
Implement cloud governance, security controls, and operational best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Cloud Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or ELK.
Strong scripting skills using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and production support.
Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
Knowledge of SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
Exposure to cloud-native architectures and platform engineering practices.
Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are an added advantage.
Interview Criteria
Candidate availability for interview slots must be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Strong hands-on cloud engineering and platform support experience.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
