Executive Assistant to CCO & CMO (m/f/d)

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to the CCO & CMO (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin as soon as possible, initially on a fixed-term basis.
Your profile
You have done this before or you have relevant experience in other roles that you can leverage for this new challenge. You are fluent in English and German, and the MS Office Suite is your second home.
You pay attention to details and understand the criticality of precision in this role. With your 360° view you anticipate problems and prevent them before they occur.
You like things orderly, and you remain functional under pressure. You know how to push through challenging situations and how to recharge during down times.
You are efficient and direct, and you respect which information is not yours to share.
Your job
In short: you have their back. You know their agenda, their ecosystem of business contacts, their priorities and travel preferences and you make sure nothing falls through the cracks unintentionally.
You
Manage the two agendas and business trips – from national short distance to international multi-leg journeys
Are the first contact for internal and external requests of all sorts, meeting requests and the respective agenda control being the most frequent one
Flag time sensitive issues and ensure they are dealt with appropriately
Align agendas and prepare larger meetings, join to take real time minutes and distribute them to the appropriate stakeholders
Take the daily sand out of the wheels, from readying documents to organizing food on the table
