Senior Living Consultant

We are seeking talented individuals to join our care giving team at our Royale Oaks location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred. Relevant senior living sales, marketing, admissions, or healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Two or more years of experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, sales, admissions, community outreach, business development, or a related position preferred.
Experience with assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or other senior healthcare services strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish rapport with older adults and families who may be making difficult or time-sensitive care decisions.
Strong sales and follow-up skills without using high-pressure sales practices.
Ability to develop and maintain productive professional referral relationships.
Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new professional and community contacts.
Ability to conduct engaging and informative community tours.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Regular scheduled attendance is required. Hours are full-time and generally Monday through Friday during normal business hours; however, the position requires flexibility to accommodate prospective residents and families and may include occasional evenings and weekends for tours, admissions, networking events, and community activities.
