Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role, you will coach and develop team members reporting directly to you while remaining accountable for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Additionally, you will manage existing customer accounts and work closely with the BU Head to ensure achievement of overall BU targets.
Furthermore, you will manage key accounts to drive long-term profitability and growth while coordinating with plant, distribution, and support teams to ensure timely customer supplies.
Moreover, you will ensure timely collection of payments from customers across the territory and maintain healthy receivables.
Meanwhile, you will address customer complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Additionally, you will identify and generate new large and strategic leads and drive their conversion into profitable business wins.
Finally, you will gather and report relevant market intelligence, including competitor actions and developments, to support business and sales strategy.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have Bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, or technical discipline
You have 8 plus years of industrial / Sales / Commercial experience in gas industry, chemical / other manufacturing industry desired
