Náplň práce
Kontrola denních požadavků na materiál a zajištění objednávek komponentů a služeb pro výrobu.
Objednávání materiálu a služeb na základě požadavků jednotlivých oddělení.
Sledování termínů dodávek a koordinace činností dodavatelů.
Hodnocení dodavatelů a vedení obchodních jednání.
Nastavování parametrů nakupovaných položek a cen v ERP systému.
Kontrola správnosti faktur a souvisejících dokladů.
Komunikace s centrálou společnosti a spolupráce s ostatními interními odděleními.
Komunikace s tuzemskými i zahraničními dodavateli zboží a služeb.
Zajištění nákupní dokumentace v souladu s platnou legislativou a interními standardy společnosti.
Příprava pravidelných reportů a přehledů.
Koordinace dovozů a zajištění celního řízení při importu zboží.
Požadavky
Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání.
Praktická znalost práce v ERP systému.
Aktivní znalost anglického jazyka slovem i písmem.
Pečlivost, samostatnost a orientace na detail.
Dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti.
