Here's what you'll do during a typical day
Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all 7 swimming pools and the beach area.
Conduct regular inspections of pool decks, beach facilities, loungers, umbrellas, and guest recreational areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Set up and arrange sunbeds, cabanas, umbrellas, towels, and beach equipment according to resort standards.
Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with pool and beach inquiries, directions, activity information, and facility usage.
Enforce pool and beach safety rules and immediately report hazards, incidents, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.
Support lifeguards in maintaining a safe recreational environment and assist with emergency procedures when required.
Distribute, collect, and organize pool and beach towels while maintaining accurate inventory controls.
Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, surrounding recreational areas, beachfront walkways, and guest amenities throughout the day.
Monitor water stations, poolside amenities, and recreational equipment to ensure they remain stocked and operational.
Assist in organizing and executing resort recreational activities, games, fitness sessions, and special events for adults and children.
Provide guests with information about resort facilities, operating hours, activities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Recreation teams to ensure seamless operations across all pool and beach areas.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure all beach and pool equipment is properly stored, maintained, and secured at the end of each shift.
Adhere to Hilton brand standards, health and safety regulations, and resort operating procedures at all times.
Support sustainability initiatives by promoting responsible use of towels, beach facilities, and recreational resources.
Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the beach and pool areas to enhance guest engagement and service delivery.
