Renewable Energy Engineer- Fixed Term

We are looking for a Renewable Energy Engineer to support the Department of Energy, Government of Chhattisgarh/Tripura in monitoring and implementing key renewable energy programs, including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (PMSGMBY) and PM-KUSUM.
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh/Agartala, Tripura (Full-time deployment with Department of Energy, Government of Chhattisgarh)
Assignment Duration: 12 Months(Contingent upon Winning the bid)
Engagement Type: Consultant / Fixed-Term Project Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Support monitoring and implementation of renewable energy projects and government schemes.
Work closely with the Department of Energy, CSPDCL, and CREDA.
Assist in project tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis.
Support training and capacity-building initiatives for government officials.
Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in India.
Experience supporting at least one renewable energy project with a state utility, government department, or renewable energy agency.
Exposure to project monitoring, implementation, or advisory assignments.
Skills
Good understanding of renewable energy projects and government programs.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and spoken English.
