ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a founding-team opportunity at a pre-seed AI recruiting startup reshaping how talent connects with high-growth companies. You will work directly alongside the existing co-founders to build, scale, and define the company from the ground up. The role carries real ownership and outsized influence over product, strategy, and culture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with co-founders to set company strategy, product direction, and go-to-market approach.
- Help grow and manage relationships with startup clients and the broader venture-backed ecosystem.
- Contribute to building and refining the AI-powered matching platform and core product capabilities.
- Drive candidate and company acquisition, working to expand the network on both sides of the marketplace.
- Wear multiple hats across operations, recruiting, and business development as the team scales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience in a high-performance environment, such as top-tier consulting, tech, or a fast-growing startup.
- Strong instincts for product and the ability to think rigorously about user experience and market positioning.
- Comfort operating at zero-to-one: scrappy, resourceful, and energized by ambiguity.
- Genuine passion for talent, recruiting, or the future of work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with founders and operators.
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
LOCATION
Based in San Francisco, California. On-site presence expected given the early-stage, collaborative nature of the team.
