Content Director – Social Media & Personal Branding

We’re looking for a Content Director who can think, write and direct short-form videos — and has a proven track record of creating 1M+ organic-view content.
You’ll create social videos for brands, founders, doctors, CEOs, experts, owners and models.
This is not a typical social media manager or content writer role.
You will take a video from:
IDEA → HOOK → SCRIPT → DIRECTION → FINAL REEL
What you’ll do
Conceptualise high-performing Reels and Shorts for brands
Write hooks, scripts, dialogues and talking points
Direct people on camera — founders, doctors, experts, owners, models and presenters
Create personal-branding and brand social-media content
Identify trends, formats and storytelling angles worth adapting
Direct shoots and guide on-camera performance
Work with videographers and editors to bring concepts to life
Analyse content performance and improve future ideas
Build repeatable content formats that can scale across clients
You MUST have
Proven experience creating 1M+ organic-view content
Experience creating content for brands/clients
Strong scripting and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of hooks, retention and shareability
Experience with Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Ability to direct non-actors and get natural performances on camera
Ability to turn ideas or complex subjects into engaging short-form videos
A portfolio with actual performance numbers

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
