Steward

As a Steward, you will play a supporting our kitchen and service teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
Ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.
Assist with unloading deliveries and proper storage of supplies.
Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company and health regulations.
Support kitchen staff by preparing basic tasks such as sorting and organizing ingredients.
Monitor dishwashing machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Assist with inventory checks and communicate shortages to supervisors.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Good team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in food service.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions independently.
