We are excited to welcome a friendly and dedicated Houseman to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of our hotel or resort, ensuring every guest experiences a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Responsibilities
Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms and public areas.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are well maintained and properly stored.
Transport linens, towels, and other supplies to various departments as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and work areas.
Respond promptly to requests from housekeeping and front desk teams.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as required.
Help manage laundry operations by sorting and distributing linens efficiently.
Requirements
Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
