Role: Project Manager with M&A
Location: Remote in Canada
Duration: Contract
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects or programs.
Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, governance, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive execution across multiple teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to support project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale integration programs.
Experience with enterprise technology implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or related certification.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, or other enterprise AI technologies.
