Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Senior project manager role in a multinational organization responsible for planning coordinating and delivering complex hybrid model programs using Oracle SAP Pega and IPMI. The role requires twenty to twenty four years of experience and strong automotive exposure with day shifts regular travel and native level English communication across diverse global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage large scale cross functional technology programs using Oracle SAP Pega and IPMI to achieve agreed business outcomes within scope schedule and budget constraints.
Coordinate project activities across hybrid teams working on site and remotely to maintain consistent progress clear communication and timely risk escalation.
Define detailed project plans work breakdown structures and milestones that reflect realistic estimates resource capacity and integration dependencies across platforms.
Drive collaboration between Oracle SAP Pega and IPMI technical teams to ensure seamless data flows robust interfaces and consistent solution quality.
Monitor project financials including forecasts actuals and variances to maintain transparency and ensure alignment with organizational budget expectations.
Prepare clear project status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders to enable informed decisions and early intervention when issues arise.
Engage with client and internal business teams from the automotive industry to clarify requirements refine priorities and validate outcomes against expected value.
Oversee vendor and partner coordination for travel dependent activities such as onsite workshops solution demonstrations and integration testing.
Implement structured risk and issue management practices that document triggers owners and mitigation plans to protect delivery commitments.
Guide teams in adopting standard delivery frameworks and quality practices that support predictable outcomes and consistent user satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security regulatory and audit standards across Oracle SAP Pega and IPMI implementations.
Support change management and training planning so that business users in automotive environments can adopt new processes with minimal disruption.
Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback analysing lessons learned and applying enhancements to future project approaches.
Qualifications
Possess twenty to twenty four years of progressive project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions in global environments.
Demonstrate deep hands on exposure to Oracle enterprise applications and integration patterns relevant to large program delivery.
Exhibit strong experience in SAP implementation or enhancement projects including planning testing and cutover coordination activities.
Show practical experience with Pega based workflow or case management solutions in enterprise scale deployments.
Illustrate experience working with IPMI driven monitoring or infrastructure management solutions in production contexts.
Display domain familiarity with automotive industry processes such as manufacturing supply chain dealer management or after sales services.
Communicate in native level English with clear verbal and written skills suitable for executive updates workshops and documentation.
Operate comfortably in a hybrid work model with regular travel adapting to onsite and remote collaboration while maintaining productivity.
Maintain relevant project management credentials and demonstrate ongoing commitment to learning new tools methods and industry trends.
Certifications Required
Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent advanced project management credential is preferred for this role.
