At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with individuals taking important steps toward recovery from substance use disorders. As a Behavioral Health Technician Driver (BHT Driver), you’ll be part of the team that helps clients feel supported, safe, and engaged throughout their treatment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, compassionate, comfortable driving, and interested in getting started in the behavioral health or recovery field.
What You'll Do
Support and supervise clients throughout their daily treatment experience
Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Assist with client activities and daily needs
Welcome and assist new clients during the intake process
Monitor and document client information as required
Respond appropriately to behavioral or emotional needs, including crisis situations
Transport clients safely to treatment, medical appointments, meetings, and other approved locations
Maintain transportation logs and follow all vehicle safety procedures
Keep the facility clean, safe, and orderly
Work alongside clinical and administrative staff to support client care
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Reliability, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
No behavioral health experience? That's okay. If you're looking for a meaningful way to enter the field, this role gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting people in recovery.

📍 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV
💰 $15.00/hour + shift differential
🚗 Must be able to drive a company vehicle
Schedule options:
Tuesday–Saturday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Tuesday–Saturday: 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
Sunday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
