Maintenance Tech I 3rd Shift

YOUR ROLE: The bullet points below reflect roughly 80% of your job. We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different direction with tasks added or changed.
Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on machines, equipment, and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects
Safely accomplish assigned tasks
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop equipment specifications and proactive maintenance strategies
Comply with safety regulations
Maintain clean and orderly work areas
Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others
Basic machining skills
Basic welding skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a group
Must own hand tools
Strong troubleshooting skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work Permits
· Outstanding attendance
· Previous Maintenance Experience
· Ability to read blueprints and machine control schematics
