Sr. Analyst, Executive Compensation

Role Summary
The Sr. Compensation Analyst supports the administration and ongoing management of the Company's executive compensation programs while contributing to a broad range of compensation initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include compensation analyses, market benchmarking, compensation planning, executive compensation disclosures, proxy statement development and support, program administration, and other compensation projects. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in executive compensation while building broad-based compensation knowledge and experience.
Here You Can:
Support the administration and ongoing management of executive compensation programs, including maintaining accurate and confidential compensation data, records, and supporting documentation.
Conduct compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and competitive assessments to evaluate pay levels, compensation structures, pay mix, and market competitiveness.
Participate in compensation survey submissions and analyze market data to support compensation recommendations and decision-making.
Review proxy statements, SEC filings, executive compensation disclosures, and compensation arrangements to identify market trends, governance developments, and emerging practices.
Support the preparation of compensation analyses, reports, presentations, and materials for senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and other governance-related purposes.
Assist with the annual proxy statement process, including data collection, validation, compensation tables, narrative disclosures, and supporting exhibits.
Support annual compensation planning activities through data validation, reporting, analysis, and preparation of supporting materials.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses for a broad range of roles and summarize findings to support compensation recommendations.
Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to provide analytical support for compensation programs, recommendations, and related initiatives.
Assess compensation levels and program effectiveness relative to market practices and internal equity considerations.
Support pay transparency, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and governance initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and process execution.
Assist with the administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and processes.
Here You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of compensation experience, or related experience in human resources, finance, consulting, or a similar analytical discipline.
Experience supporting executive compensation, equity compensation, deferred compensation, or related compensation programs within a publicly traded company.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
What we'll look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience supporting SEC filings, proxy statement preparation, executive compensation disclosures, and/or related governance activities preferred.
Solid Excel skills and proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistics.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate compensation concepts to a variety of audiences.
Self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, proactively identify issues, and develop practical solutions within established frameworks.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with compensation and/or financial analysis, modeling, and market data preferred.
Willing to travel as needed
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
