This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. This temporary position is located at 1915 Health Services Way Raleigh, NC 27607-- Wake County, with the Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $45.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

Job duties include, but may not be limited to:
Establishing the Council’s foundational governance by developing bylaws, operating procedures, membership guidelines, workflow processes, and policies supporting transparency, accessibility, public engagement, and statutory compliance.
Coordinating member appointments and onboarding, including orientation, ethics requirements, and records management, and will develop the administrative systems needed for scheduling, document management, communications, public-meeting compliance, reimbursements, and meeting logistics.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of experience in the program related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
