Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, professional services, consulting, financial services, insurance, or similar environment.
Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate and business support functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft 365, and recruiting technologies; Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience is a plus.
Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
