Glasshouse Event Coordinator

Love organising events and seeing your planning come to life? Glasshouse is looking for a passionate Functions Coordinator to help deliver memorable celebrations, corporate events and private functions.
Joining New Zealand Venue Co., you’ll work closely with our venue and kitchen teams to create a seamless experience from the first enquiry through to the final guest farewell.
About the role
Manage function enquiries, bookings and client communication
Coordinate event details, run sheets, special requests and payments
Work with the kitchen and venue teams to ensure every event runs smoothly
Support event setup and lead the team during service
Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat bookings
About you
You’ll bring hospitality and functions or events experience, strong organisational skills and a warm, professional approach. You’re confident juggling priorities, solving problems and keeping an eye on the details. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
