MailerMen is hiring a Frontend / React Developer for our Surat team. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces with React, focusing on performance, accessibility and clean component design. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The role is fully remote, with the Surat team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - Frontend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
Follow accessibility, responsive design and coding best practices.
Convert UI designs into reusable frontend components.
Implement accessible components following WCAG basics.
Write component tests and visual regression checks.
Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
Build responsive user interfaces using React.
Learn and contribute to modern frontend development practices.
Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent practical training in Computer Science/IT preferred.
Good to have: Figma, Storybook, Framer Motion, Next.js, Redux, TypeScript
