About The Role
The incumbent will be responsible to drive end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring seamless shipment execution, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and on-time delivery through effective planning, tracking, and supply chain management

Roles & Responsibilities
Co-ordination with Purchase to get the ocean freight finalization and coordinate with the Forwarding Company/Shipping Line for vessel bookings
Coordinating with factory stores on Container planning and stuffing
Co-ordination with the Transporters to get the Trailers and ensuring timely movement
Co-ordination with the Shipping Line/Forwarding Company to get the booking and vessel schedule and ensure timely shipment
Co-ordination with the FOB Agent for Booking & vessel schedule
Co-ordination with the CHA and ensuring that the containers gate in on time
Co-ordination with Category Planner(CP) on availability and planning/scheduling of movement and Customer Service(CS) team on updating on vessel bookings/changes and updates on delivery
Co-ordination with Third party Surveyor and Inspection agency
Monitor ICD movement
Coordinating with Tank operator for ISO tanks stuffing/shipments
Generating/Checking the Custom Invoice and ensuring all the details are put correctly as per the PO in the SAP System and
Check the proper material code & shipping marks
Sharing the vessel details with the CS for onward communication to Customer
ETD and ETA to update in system and keep a track of the same
Will be responsible till the shipment reaches the Destination port
Support the Post shipment team on documentation
Should track of Open contracts and ensure planning as per Customer schs and coordinate with CS/Commercial team.
Follow up with FOB agents for BL receipt
Critical Skills
Must be well versed with SAP transactions and reports.
Should possess effective communication skills with internal and external stake holders.
Proficient in data analysis, quick with numbers.
Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building capabilities.
Problem-solving, planning, time management, and prioritizing skills.
Proficiency in Excel, presentations, and numerical analysis.
Should possess good knowledge and academic qualification wrt EXIM course
