Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Lead Innovation NPI/Iteration NPI/VCP/Maintenance Projects.
Driving effective communication across businesses and functions.
Driving product planning and multi-generational product/platform roadmap execution.
Working with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.
Cross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, and product field delivery.
Working closely with Product Definition team in order to drive product direction.
Working with customers to solicit product feedback and leading cross-functional teams to drive customer support.
Lead Program team to do worldwide registration for new product.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Drive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Control FDRs and NPI program milestones.
Identify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline.
5 years experience with excellent program management, execution planning.
Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s.
Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins.
Demonstrated competency in providing leadership and direction to cross-functional program aspects and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the segment products.
Sound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area
Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge in engineering, program management and planning process.
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation.
Demonstrated LEAN skills.
