Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and supporting business planning and investor-related documentation. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking key metrics, and assisting in process improvement across product, operations, and business development. The intern will also help with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of the founders’ priorities. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India, providing direct exposure to leadership decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating reports, presentations, and structured documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Comfort with basic business and financial concepts; familiarity with startup ecosystems, clean mobility, or energy sectors is an advantage.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaborative platforms.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field; relevant internships or project experience are beneficial.
