BIM Engineer (MEP)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using industry-standard software.
Produce coordinated shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), and installation shop drawings (ISD).
Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
Support project delivery through model reviews, construction simulations, and technical presentations.
Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and company procedures.
Assist project teams in improving BIM processes and digital engineering practices.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably focused on MEP works.
Proven experience on Data Center projects and large-scale infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, transportation, or complex commercial developments.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, shop drawing production, and BIM execution processes.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving technical design clashes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deliverables.
