Senior Manager - CSA Design - Data Centre

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for data center infrastructure development.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 to 24 years of experience in CSA Design (Data Centre) with expertise in Architectural Design, Civil Design, Structural Design, AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks & BIM.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification required.
Strong understanding of Data Centre Design principles including HVAC systems, power distribution units (PDU), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), airflow management etc.
