Job Description
Guest / Brand Development taking initiatives to make outlet as best experience & ambiance every customer, a representative of Guest Relationship & their Experience, R&D work. Develop engaging content for various social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing & Operation team to brainstorm creative ideas as per guest feedback. Asst in Execution of Marketing ideas, Internal Communications to Brand & Marketing team Extremal to Guest, elite customers or Corp Clients Coordination Events, photoshoots and various jobs
Eligibility / Desired Candidate profile:
1-5 years of experience as Brand /Guest Relation / marketing communications prefer Hospitality or similar customer care / Front office experience will also considerable.
Calm, efficient, and organized, Passion for delivering exceptional levels of Brand /Guest Service. ability to deal with difficult interactions
A degree or diploma in Hospitality / Humanities Management or Mass Communications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.
