Assistant Manager / Dy Manager LnD

Role Summary:
Support Learning & Development, Organizational Development (OD), Campus Hiring, and Trainee Development initiatives to enhance employee capability and foster a strong learning culture across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development
Identify training needs from various sources and stakeholders.
Prepare and communicate the annual training calendar.
Coordinate training programs, feedback collection, and effectiveness evaluation.
Maintain training records, MIS, and L&D reports.
Develop and manage e-learning modules and support LMS implementation.
Organizational Development
Support leadership development programs and other OD interventions.
Track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor progress.
Drive competency mapping and competency gap analysis initiatives.
Campus Hiring & Trainee Management
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives independently.
Support onboarding of GET, DET, and PGET trainees.
Manage trainee development programs, including technical and behavioral training, knowledge-sharing sessions, engagement activities, and periodic reviews.
Handle apprentice registration on the NATS portal, claim submissions, reimbursements, and coordination with BOAT officials.
Support trainee absorption into permanent roles in collaboration with HRBP and Plant HR teams.
Other Support
Manage and enhance the E-Learning Portal and Learning Management System (LMS).
Drive AI and digitalization initiatives in Learning & Development to improve learning effectiveness and employee experience.
Identify and coordinate with training partners and external vendors.
Support open-house programs, external training programs, and senior leadership development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and learning culture initiatives across the organization.
