What makes the role meaty?
Monitor the movement of vehicles and shipments from sourcing locations/slaughterhouses to Processing Centers (PCs)
Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Track shipment status and update control tower dashboards with real-time information
Identify delays or operational bottlenecks and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders
Ensure accurate and timely updates of supply chain data and reports
Support daily operational reviews and help maintain SLA adherence
Prepare MIS reports and analyze supply chain performance metrics
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency

Are Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Have Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Have Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
Have the Willingness to learn and collaborate across cross-functional teams
