Roles and Responsibilities
 Develop and run scripts, using PowerShell or JavaScript thru SharePoint APIs to
automate when necessary.
 Migrate pages manually as needed and/or when script automation is too complex
for the page to be created.
 Identify and/or fix migrated SharePoint pages.
 Maintain and update migration issue tracking documents and QA logs accurately.
 Participate in migration planning meetings and status updates to report on QA
progress, blockers, and resolution strategies.
Required Skills
 Hands on SharePoint Online experience on previous SharePoint Online projects.
 Expertise in SharePoint site/page creation, webpart configuration, and
troubleshooting.
 Advanced knowledge of PowerShell/JavaScript scripting in SharePoint.
 Strong quality assurance skills – able to detect content, layout, and navigation
inconsistencies.
 Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple QA
tasks efficiently.
 Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Bonus Skills
 Experience developing or troubleshooting custom SPFx webparts.

 Experience navigating modern and classic SharePoint Online
sites (including site collections, subsites, and pages).
 Ability to identify and document site-level issues such as broken links,
missing web parts, formatting inconsistencies.
 Proficiency in editing SharePoint pages using the modern page editor (text,
images, sections, layouts).
 Skilled in adding, configuring, and repositioning web parts (e.g., Quick
Links, Document Library, Hero, Embed, List).
 Understanding of SharePoint document libraries and metadata to validate
list/library configurations.
 Ability to contribute to and follow structured test plans for validating
migrated content and functionality.
 Basic troubleshooting and remediation skills for common SharePoint issues
(e.g., visibility, formatting, navigation).
 Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely in written form (issue
logs, status updates).
 Experience working with version history and restoring previous versions of
documents or pages.
 Basic understanding of SharePoint site settings (e.g., site information,
regional settings, navigation).
 Ability to follow naming conventions and governance guidelines during
remediation.
 Experience working in a structured QA/UAT environment with offshore teams
and daily reporting expectations.
 Nice to have, familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation of basic
SharePoint administration tasks. Creating and/or reporting on sites, lists,
libraries, metadata etc.
Nice to have familiarity with front-end SharePoint development (SPfx).
