Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage the company’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling content, writing posts and captions, monitoring engagement, and optimizing channels for reach and impact. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to highlight sustainability initiatives, campaigns, client success stories, and educational content about recycling and climate action. The Social Media Executive will track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements to social media strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for campaign execution and channel growth.
Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to design and schedule content and campaigns effectively.
Candidates should possess clear and engaging Communication and Writing skills for creating posts, captions, and responses.
Candidates should have familiarity with analytics tools, social media management platforms, and basic content design tools.
Candidates should demonstrate interest or experience in sustainability, recycling, or environmental initiatives.
Candidates should be able to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
A relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
