About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can independently handle interior design projects from concept development to site execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative interior concepts, layouts, mood boards and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D designs as per project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, measurements and assess site conditions.
• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, layouts and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, carpenters, vendors and project teams.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.
• Prepare/assist with BOQ, material estimates and quantity requirements.
• Monitor site execution to ensure work is completed as per approved designs and quality standards.
• Track project timelines and coordinate with vendors for timely completion.
• Identify site issues and provide practical design/execution solutions.
• Ensure proper finishing, detailing and quality of work.
Required Skills
✅ AutoCAD – Mandatory
✅ SketchUp / 3D Software
✅ Strong knowledge of interior materials & finishes
✅ Space planning & design detailing
✅ BOQ / estimation knowledge
✅ Site supervision & execution
✅ Vendor & contractor coordination
✅ Good communication and client-handling skills
✅ Strong creative and aesthetic sense
Qualification
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in commercial, hospitality or retail interiors and the ability to manage projects from design to execution are preferred.
