Role Summary
In the role of Neo4J Support Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. They will engage with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of applications.
Key Responsibilities
Act independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications.
Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Assist in developing process improvements for system stability.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in graph database environments.
Engage with user feedback to maintain service reliability.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in application support.
Proficiency in Neo4j and graph database concepts.
Experience with Cypher query language.
Strong troubleshooting skills in database environments.
Understanding of database performance tuning strategies.
Nice to Have
Experience with other graph databases.
Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions.
Knowledge of data visualization tools.
