IT ERP Project Manager (Oracle/SAP)

Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle or SAP ERP systems. This role will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ERP lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
· Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations (Oracle/SAP) from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
· Ensure structured planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ERP projects aligned with business goals.
Planning & Governance
· Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define comprehensive project plans covering all ERP lifecycle phases.
· Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and reporting mechanisms.
Budget, Schedule & Resource Management
· Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Deliver project outcomes within approved cost and schedule baselines.
Risk & Issue Management
· Conduct detailed risk assessments and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
· Track and manage issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Stakeholder Communication
· Engage with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and project teams.
· Provide clear, concise, and actionable status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
System Integration & Process Alignment
· Manage integration of ERP systems with existing applications and business processes.
· Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations and optimal system performance.
Change Management & Adoption
· Lead organizational change management initiatives, including communication and end-user training.
· Drive user adoption and process standardization across the organization.
Testing & Quality Assurance
· Plan and oversee system testing phases, including SIT and UAT.
· Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and performance requirements.
Portfolio & Tool Management
· Utilize Adobe Workfront (or similar PPM platforms) for project tracking, reporting, and governance.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with significant exposure to ERP implementations.
· Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle or SAP ERP projects.
· Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
· Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in manufacturing or similar industry environments.
· Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
· Experience with Adobe Workfront or other PPM tools, Microsoft Projects.
· Strong knowledge of change management frameworks.
