🚀 Hiring | Senior Business Development Executive
Cosmic Rulers Private Limited is hiring for a confidential client mandate in Pune.
📍 Location: PAN Delhi
💼 Position: Senior Business Development Executive
🕒 Employment: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 3+ years preferred in Business Development / B2B Sales / Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 gross/month
🚗 Travel Allowance: ₹2,000/month
📈 Incentive: ₹500 per successfully verified onboarding
📅 Working: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Independent lead generation
• B2B client/merchant acquisition
• Client meetings and presentations
• Negotiation and deal closure
• Onboarding and relationship management
• CRM management and follow-ups
• Achievement of monthly business targets
⚠️ Important Employment Terms
This is a target-driven sales role with a minimum expectation of 10 successful onboardings per month.
Compensation is performance-linked and may be adjusted according to the employer's applicable structure if minimum targets are not achieved.
A mandatory 3-month employment commitment/bond applies.
Candidates will also undergo an initial 7–10 day performance evaluation, with continuation based on demonstrated performance.
