Senior Manager, Private Bank & Wealth

This role requires a commercially astute and visionary leader who can leverage data, digital capabilities, ecosystem partnerships, and the broader Standard Bank Group platform to deliver differentiated client experiences, deepen client relationships, expand share of wallet, and unlock sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a future-ready Private Banking franchise that connects clients to Namibia's growth, Africa's opportunities, and global markets, while maintaining the highest standards of trust, risk management, and service excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
8 to 10 years' experience leading affluent, wealth, private banking, or client segment businesses within a financial services environment.
Professional certifications in Wealth Management, Investments, Private Banking, Financial Planning, or Portfolio Management will be advantageous.
Experience in leveraging digital, data, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions to enhance client outcomes and business performance.
