具銀行財富管理營運作業(Wealth Management Operations)或相關工作經驗。
具備中等以上英文讀寫能力，具備英語溝通能力尤佳。
具備良好的溝通協調能力及抗壓性，能有效與跨部門團隊合作。

細心負責，具高度風險控管及細節意識。

About the Role
DBS Consumer Banking is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Investment Products Execution Specialist. As part of the Execution Desk, you will manage the execution and operational processes for investment products, primarily offshore structured products (Structured Notes), ensuring smooth and compliant transaction processing.
Working closely with Wealth Management teams, Product Managers, counterparties, the Trading Desk, and back-office teams, you will handle pricing and quotation requests, deal setup, transaction coordination, document review, and reporting support.
The ideal candidate possesses strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a meticulous working style. Experience in investment products, structured products, or Wealth Management Operations is preferred.

Key Role and Responsibilities
Be responsible for the quotation, pricing, and deal request preparation process for derivative products, primarily offshore structured products (Structured Notes).
Ensure efficiency, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of daily operations.
Control and manage time effectively and support teamwork.
Collaborate with Project Manager to support and enhance procedures for joint targets, such as new initiative projects and campaigns.
Support the Product team in monitoring risks, corporate action events, launches, and promotions, and ensure timely compliance with local and regional guidelines.
Maintain and provide analysis reports, regulatory reports, and customer advice.
Adhere to all relevant external regulatory and internal compliance requirement.

Previous working experience in banking operations or wealth management industry.
Moderately in English, both in speaking and writing
Good command in communication and Strong resistance to pressure
Independent, proactive, and positive working attitude.
Detail oriented.
Computing skills such excel, file organization and data analysis ability
