Client Trade Specialist, Private Banking

Responsibilities
Execute client investment transactions accurately and efficiently across different asset classes.
Coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely and precise execution of client instructions.
Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows, including pricing, pre-trade checks, voice logging, and trade execution, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
Communicate key product features, risks, and execution-related information to clients where required, in accordance with approved communication standards.
As the role develops, assist Investment Solutions Advisors with research, proposals, marketing materials, and follow-up activities with ICs, RMs and clients under their guidance.
Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
Good understanding of and keen in financial and investment markets
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
Ability to speak Business Chinese will be an advantage to manage communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients effectively
