Product Information Manager

We are currently looking for an Product Information Manager (Ref. No. 895634/1) for our client based in Seon.
Position Details:

Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Support the maintenance and coordination of product information in the PIM system following established processes and guidelines.
Assist with product data updates, enrichment, validation, and quality checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect and maintain required product information.
Support the management of product media assets within the DAM system, including uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets.
Ensure assets are correctly assigned and available for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with asset clean-up activities and metadata maintenance.
Support seasonal product launches by helping to prepare, validate, and maintain product information and assets.
Assist in ensuring required product content is available and ready according to launch timelines.
Support product information-related tasks for e-commerce, wholesale, and marketplace channels as needed.
Provide operational support for product information and digital asset management activities.
Follow established processes and documentation to ensure data consistency and quality across systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Product Information Manager, ideally in relation to end-user facing systems (e-commerce, marketplaces)
A thorough understanding and experience of working with data systems
Strong project management skills & experience and ability to deliver to timelines.
Able to understand data architecture principles and translate business requirements into required data structures
Proven ability to engage with marketing, IT, and various business stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Organizational and time management skills.
