Senior Content Analyst

This role is a subject-matter expert responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of governed payer and provider intelligence assets.
You will transform inconsistent payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into reliable, governed entities through detailed mapping and research.
The position combines healthcare market-access expertise with strong analytical and data-management capabilities.
You will work across Product, Engineering, Content, Delivery, and Client Success teams to resolve exceptions and maintain high data-quality standards.
The role also contributes to data governance, metadata management, process improvement, and AI/ML-assisted mapping with appropriate human oversight.
Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable outcomes.
