China Sourcing & Import Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a China Sourcing & Import Manager who can independently manage product sourcing and imports from China.
The person will be responsible for finding trending products, building strong supplier relationships, negotiating prices, managing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery to our warehouse in India.
Key Responsibilities
* Source trending and high-potential products from China.
* Identify and build relationships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers.
* Negotiate *pricing, MOQ, payment terms and production timelines*.
* Manage product sampling, quality checks and bulk orders.
* Coordinate with China suppliers, agents and freight forwarders.
* Manage the complete *China-to-India import process*.
* Track shipments, documentation, customs and delivery timelines.
* Maintain supplier and product databases.
* Continuously identify new products and sourcing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–6 years of hands-on *China sourcing/import experience*.
* Strong supplier/manufacturer network in China.
* Experience with *Alibaba, 1688, Yiwu or Chinese suppliers*.
* Good negotiation and communication skills.
* Understanding of freight, customs and import documentation.
* E-commerce/D2C sourcing experience is a strong plus.
* Someone who can independently own the entire sourcing process.
*This is a hands-on role. We need someone with actual China supplier and import experience, not just theoretical knowledge.*
