Business Analyst - AI Sales Solution (f/m/div.)

Take ownership of specific work packages and project modules within our AI sales initiatives.
Support the team lead in the conception, development, and global rollout of our AI solutions for sales representatives worldwide.
Assist in translating sales domain needs and pain points into clear, actionable requirements for the technical/development teams.
Help bridge the gap between complex sales business processes and ever-changing AI technologies.
Support global rollout activities by preparing materials, gathering user feedback, identifying best practices, and tracking user adoption.
Act as a reliable point of contact for specific project topics, ensuring tasks are driven forward effectively.
Solid understanding of the Sales domain, sales business processes, and the overall Sales IT Landscape.
Technical affinity with a clear understanding of how AI agents work and their practical applications.
Highly organized with a proven ability to take ownership of delegated work packages and drive them to completion.
Strong communication skills to effectively translate between technical AI teams and non-technical sales reps.
Proactive, supportive, and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a rapidly changing technological environment.
Empathetic approach to understanding the daily hurdles of a sales representative.
Fluent in English (working in an international, cross-functional team).
