About the Opportunity
We are seeking PhD-qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Latin America to support an AI & Large Language Model (LLM) research and evaluation project.
Selected experts will leverage their domain knowledge to create and review high-quality “golden questions” designed to assess the knowledge, reasoning, and domain capabilities of advanced AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop challenging, accurate, and domain-specific questions.
Design questions to evaluate AI/LLM knowledge and reasoning.
Review and refine content based on project guidelines.
Apply subject-matter expertise to AI research and evaluation tasks.
Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.
Requirements
PhD in a relevant or closely related discipline.
Current/recent experience as a researcher, educator, engineer, scientist, technician, or relevant professional.
Strong subject-matter expertise and analytical skills.
Excellent written communication.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines.
Assessment & Onboarding
Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief subject-matter assessment. Successful candidates who meet project requirements will proceed to onboarding and task allocation.
