Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and their integration into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Experience in scripting and developing test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within complex software environments.
Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
