Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software components that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to optimize AI models for performance and scalability within custom applications.
Familiarity with programming languages and tools commonly used in AI and software engineering environments.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
