This remote role coordinates the end-to-end delivery of franchise store openings and remodels across a multi-state territory.
You will manage project timelines, milestones, documentation, dependencies, and readiness activities from design through opening.
The position brings together franchisees, contractors, vendors, and internal teams across design, construction, operations, compliance, training, and technology.
You will serve as a central point of contact, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
The role combines project coordination, construction support, franchise onboarding, risk management, and operational readiness.
Success requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Although remote, the position requires regular travel across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to support centers being built or remodeled.
