Lead Platform Engineer

You'll create reusable platform capabilities that enable rapid delivery of enterprise decision workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, commercial operations, and finance.
Responsibilities:
Workflow and Decision Runtime.
Event-Driven Architecture.
Enterprise Integration Framework.
SAP / Oracle Connectors.
Platform APIs and SDKs.
Multi-Tenant Platform Services.
Authentication and RBAC.
Configuration Framework.
Deployment Platform.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS).
Observability and Monitoring.
Engineering Challenges.
Build long-running workflow orchestration.
Design reusable platform services.
Build cloud-native distributed systems.
Design enterprise-grade APIs.
Build secure multi-tenant architecture.
Support cloud and on-prem deployments.
Enable rapid onboarding of new enterprise workflows.
Requirements:
Strong experience in several of the following: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Redis, Kafka/Event Streaming, REST APIs, CI/CD, and Git.
Good understanding of Kubernetes, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, enterprise SaaS, and microservices.
Strong communication.
