This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contractor based in the United States.
This remote role supports a high-volume Talent Operations function within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will coordinate critical recruiting activities from interview scheduling through offer processing and onboarding.
The position combines candidate experience, recruiting systems, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination.
You will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong organization, discretion, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
You will also contribute to process improvements, reporting, and the effective use of modern talent technologies.
