This is a senior recruiting opportunity focused on building exceptional marketing teams within a fast-growing, technology-enabled organization.
You’ll own end-to-end searches for senior individual contributors while partnering directly with senior marketing leaders and executives.
The role combines strategic talent advising, sophisticated sourcing, market intelligence, and hands-on search execution.
You’ll help define roles, calibrate talent standards, design structured hiring processes, and build high-quality pipelines for critical positions.
Your work will influence hiring quality, organizational growth, and the ability to scale teams sustainably.
You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to leadership, using data, market insight, and structured thinking to solve complex hiring challenges.
The position is fully remote and offers significant autonomy within a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition organization
