The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression for guests. She manages the restaurant’s seating plan, handles reservations, welcomes guests, and maintains effective communication with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
