1.负责 TencentOS在公司内外部业务的技术支持与问题闭环，覆盖装机部署、版本升级、运行时故障、性能异常等全场景；
2.承接线上疑难问题的定位与根因分析，涉及内核（调度/内存/IO/网络）、文件系统、容器与虚拟化环境，能独立输出分析报告并推动修复上线；
3.支撑服务器硬件适配与交付流程（PVT 阶段验证、驱动/固件兼容性、批量装机与 PXE 自动化部署）；
4.面向业务方做性能调优与容量优化建议，沉淀调优基线与最佳实践；
5.推动支持工作的产品化与自动化：完善知识库、丰富诊断工具与巡检脚本、参与智能客服问答语料与效果评测，持续降低人工支持占比。
